What happens when I enter my website?
Create an account or sign in, then we run a read-only discovery check. You’ll see a Discoverability preview score. Each account includes two successful free checks; technical failures don’t use them.
What does the free score measure?
The preview samples your entry page and at most one product page. It checks structured product data, store identity, crawlability, canonical URLs, readable summaries, llms.txt, and sitemap signals where applicable. It is not the complete five-category audit.
Why can the score change with a paid plan?
Paid scopes gather more evidence. Purchase Flow follows the agent through product choices, cart, and checkout entry; First 100 Pages inspects a broader set of pages. Different coverage can reveal issues the quick sample cannot observe.
How do I unlock recommendations?
Choose an available paid plan. Once your subscription is confirmed, your quick-check recommendations unlock. You can then use the same website in setup to run a deeper audit.
Can an audit buy something?
The audit stops before payment submission. Purchase-flow checks can choose variants, edit a cart, and enter checkout, with payment and order-submission requests blocked.
What do I get with a paid audit?
You receive findings linked to evidence, screenshots and a session replay, a merchant report, and a technical remediation brief. Reports export as Markdown and PDF. Weekly monitoring tracks changes in your scores within your monthly audit allowance.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans charge twelve months upfront and waive onboarding. That is $120, $240, or $300 per year for the three available plans. Audit allowances remain monthly.
Are my results public?
Your workspace and audit results belong to your account. Staff-created comparison teasers use separate, time-limited share links. The public website video uses a controlled demo store.
