Acceptable Use Policy

Agent Fueler provides automated, private e-commerce readiness audits. By creating an account, you accept these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Authorized use

Audit stores you own or are authorized to test. Internal sales users may perform limited public-store teaser audits. Do not use Agent Fueler to access restricted data, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt services, or bypass authentication.

Automated crawling and collected evidence

Submitted URLs are crawled by automated browsers on Agent Fueler infrastructure. We store account information, audit observations, screenshots, redacted network logs, videos, and reports to provide the service. Avoid submitting private customer data. Supabase hosts account and audit records; Cloudflare R2 stores private evidence. Our configured model provider processes page observations and screenshots during an audit.

Anonymized audit data

These Terms permit Agent Fueler to use anonymized audit data to improve the rubric. This excludes account identifiers, credentials, and identifiable merchant or customer information. Raw screenshots and recordings are not treated as anonymized data.

Feedback and retention

Flagging a result sends its rubric category and screenshot to our private support issue tracker. Screenshot links expire after seven days. One courtesy rerun per original audit is available without consuming the monthly allowance. Daily backups retain data for 30 days. Contact the service operator to request access, correction, or deletion; backup copies age out under that retention policy.

Live browser activity

Audits navigate real websites and may add products to a cart. Agent Fueler blocks payment submission and does not place orders. Standard audits respect robots.txt. Stealth mode can use a stealth browser profile and ignore robots.txt only for verified stores or internal sales teasers. You are responsible for authorizing this behavior and its effects.

Limits and availability

Audits are rate-limited and bounded by time, pages, agent steps, and model tokens. Runs may stop early; partial results are retained. Scores reflect observed checks and do not guarantee compatibility with every agent, increased traffic, or revenue.

Accounts and privacy

Keep account credentials secure. Reports and media are private to your account. Owner-created share links expire and can be revoked; signed media links expire after five minutes. Avoid entering confidential or payment information in audited content.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly or annually at the price shown in Stripe Checkout. Monthly billing includes the published one-time onboarding charge. Annual billing is charged upfront at twelve times the monthly subscription and waives onboarding. Plan limits govern sites, audit depth, and monthly runs. Manage changes and cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription terms shown there.

Service restrictions

Do not evade rate limits, resell access without permission, use unauthorized targets, submit payment actions, harvest personal information, or misuse account or share-link access. Access may be suspended to protect the service or affected stores.

Reports and responsibility

Review remediation before applying changes to your store. The service is provided as available, subject to applicable law. These policies do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Use the account settings to manage access and billing.
